  1. Great tips Andy. I like the tracking system idea because if we do not track we will be unsure what we are doing to receive the quality referral.

    Communicating what we are looking for in a quality referral is also key. We have to let it be know to our referers what it is we want in a referral and hopefully be able to acquire some information as well as to what the referral is looking for. The end result hopefully will equal to a great match.
